Damage free adhesive picture hangers come in a range of styles and sizes. Remove the paper lining on the back of the hook line it up straight and press the hook firmly onto the wall. If the concrete block wall is painted and has a relatively smooth not porous finish hanging pictures may be as simple as installing removable adhesive wall hooks. They are designed to work well with concrete or brick walls and hanging pictures on them is easy and quick.

If your wall is white maybe consider white putty because sometimes it leaves marks if you keep it for too long like a year or so. Take down any other posters. Press the adhesive side of the hook to the wall for 30 seconds. Get hardwall hangers capable of resisting up to 25 pounds or 11 kg.

Put sticky tack on the corners of the poster for an affordable option. Lay the poster or posters flat printed side up on a clean surface weigh them down at the corners for a few hours or a day. The best thing i found to hang about anything which isnt too heavy on a concrete wall is blu tack or any other type of sticky putty. Hold for 30 seconds and release.

Posters printed on hard plastic or similar materials will obviously not need to be prepped this way.
