These tools create roof sections that look like they have been cut in half. The workaround is to place them then use sims 3 cam and zoom in close in cutaway. The problem is there are two levels of roof because the second floor doesn t cover the same area as the first and when i view the second floor i can t really see anything because only tiny little squares are visible through the first floor roof i will add pictures if needed but i play on a mac and don t feel. Add a half gable over the end of the half hipped roof section so that it ends with the porch.

It features a 3 stall stable and loft with skill areas a jalopy to rebuild and a small garden with autowater. A hybrid of hipped and gable with the gable wall at the top and hipped lower down. Finish it off with the same trim that was used on the rest of the roof. This 2 bed 2 and a half bath farm house is the best place to live in the local township.

I don t understand this. Lower the half gable piece to match the rest of the porch roof and pull the eaves right in. As for the photo it s not worth signing up to a service i ll rarely use. Just build a large room with a gabled roof then make a 2nd story room inside.

Currently i m building a house and i ended up really liking how my roof came out. Also on the property are beehives a chicken coop and cows. There should be a distinct difference in pitch between the top section and the sides. I m not terribly concerned about it.

They are useful for adding a roof to an outcrop of building. If your porch has in inside corner it easy enough to add a roof to it too. Using the half gable tool place a roof along the thin outer edge of the second floor on both sides and a gable roof on the top section. Raise the roof pieces till the side pieces reach the top of the wall and lower the top piece.

When using these tools start at one front corner and drag the tool to the opposite back corner.
